  1. Product Condition: The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  2. Return Period: You must request a return within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, we may not be able to accept your return.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return.
  4. Original Buyer: Only the original buyer of the product is eligible for a return. Returns from third-party purchasers will not be accepted.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase, excluding any shipping or handling fees. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
